Is FleetMe part of Amazon?
Work of this kind is usually run by a company operating a fleet rather than an individual operating a van, and that changes the leasing question completely. The problems stop being "which van" and become "how do I keep five of them on the road, on matched dates, without a renewal landing in my busiest month".
Matched vehicles on matched dates
A fleet assembled one van at a time ends up with vehicles of different ages, different specifications and renewal dates scattered across the calendar. Every one of those differences costs something: drivers cannot swap between vehicles without thinking, spare parts and tyres multiply, and a renewal always seems to fall in the week you can least afford to be a van down. Leasing several vehicles on one account lets the terms and the end dates be aligned deliberately. It also means one agreement, one invoice and one point of contact when something needs sorting.
Standardisation is worth more than the cheapest headline rate
When every vehicle in the fleet is the same model and specification, a driver moved between vans loses no time, racking and shelving are interchangeable, and a vehicle off the road can be covered by any other. Chasing the lowest monthly figure on each van individually tends to produce a mixed fleet that costs more to run than it saved to acquire. Tell us the whole picture at quote stage: how many vehicles, what each one does, and when you expect to grow. Then the quote is built around the operation rather than around one vehicle at a time.
High daily mileage and what it does to the term
Delivery rounds of this type accumulate distance quickly and consistently. That pushes you towards a higher mileage band, which costs more per month, and it shortens the sensible term, because a vehicle doing serious annual mileage for four years arrives at hand-back with a great deal on the clock. Sometimes the right answer is a shorter agreement and a more frequent replacement cycle, so the fleet stays inside warranty and out of the expensive end of the maintenance curve. We will price both shapes and show you the difference rather than assuming the longest term is the best value.
What underwriting looks at
A lease of up to 12 months is a longer commitment than a short-term hire, and underwriting looks at the business, its directors and whether the monthly rental is comfortably affordable, not at the round you have been offered. A courier company with a clean payment record behind it gets the most straightforward answer. None of that is a promise of approval, and we will tell you quickly if we cannot help.
The vans we supply for this work
Small, medium and large. Which one fits depends on the round (drop density, parcel size and where you are loading) and that is a conversation, not a filter. Every figure is read from our rate sheet.
Prices are guide figures ex VAT, pictures are illustrations, and nothing here is stock standing on a forecourt. What that means →
How to read these listings
Prices: Monthly rentals shown are guide prices and exclude VAT unless labelled otherwise. They are indicative “from” figures quoted against a 12-month term at the mileage allowance shown for the vehicle, and they move with the exact variant, the mileage, the initial rental and the outcome of underwriting. Last reviewed 1 September 2026. We confirm your actual monthly rental, and what it includes, in writing before anything is agreed.
Images: Vehicle images are computer-generated illustrations of a representative example, not photographs of the vehicle supplied. Exact trim, colour, body length, roof height and equipment vary by specification.
Availability: Listings show the vehicles we can supply, not stock held on site. Specific variants, trim levels, body conversions and delivery dates depend on factory lead times and availability at the time you order, and some vehicles are build-to-order. Nothing is reserved for your business until we confirm it in writing. If we cannot get the exact vehicle you have asked for, we will tell you and set out the closest alternative we can. Delivery is to business addresses in England and Wales, and we confirm the arrangements, the timing and any delivery cost on your quote.
Delivering as a self-employed driver?
You are covered. We supply sole traders too, over terms up to 12 months. You do not need to incorporate first and you do not need filed accounts.
Worth checking before you enquire: the allowance is 2,000 miles a month. Multi-drop rounds often run well past that, and mileage over the allowance is charged, so tell us your weekly mileage and we will be straight with you about whether it works.

Common questions
Is FleetMe part of any Amazon programme?
No. We are not connected to, endorsed by or a supplier to Amazon, and we are not part of any Amazon delivery or fleet programme. We lease vans to UK delivery companies. Anything about their requirements or approved suppliers is for Amazon to confirm with you.
Can I lease several vans on one account?
Yes, and it is the usual shape for this work. Several vehicles on one agreement with matched terms, matched mileage bands and aligned renewal dates. It is also the point at which a conversation beats configuring vans one at a time on a website.
I deliver as an individual rather than through a company. Can I lease?
No. Business contract hire is for limited companies and LLPs. As an individual or sole trader, what we can supply is vehicle hire of up to 12 months. If the work is steady, incorporating is what opens up a 12-month lease.
Should I include maintenance on a high-mileage fleet?
It is worth pricing both ways. A maintenance package converts servicing, tyres and unexpected repairs into a fixed monthly figure, which on a fleet doing heavy mileage is usually easier to run a business against than a variable bill. We itemise the maintenance element separately on the quote so you can see exactly what it costs and decide.
