What we do
Business contract hire, direct from the company you lease from
FleetMe leases vans, pickups, tippers, Lutons, dropsides and company cars to UK businesses on business contract hire. You lease directly from us, so the hire agreement is between your business and FleetMe. One written quote, one fixed monthly rental, one company to call. VAT-registered businesses can normally reclaim the VAT on van rentals.
A fixed monthly cost
One rental figure for the whole term, agreed up front. It goes into your forecast once and stays there, with no residual value to guess at and no resale to chase.
VAT you can reclaim
If you are VAT-registered, the VAT on van rentals is normally recoverable in full where the van is used for business. Cars are treated differently, so check your position with your accountant.
Depreciation is our risk
You are hiring the vehicle, not buying it. What it is worth in three years is ours to carry, not a number you have to manage on the way out.
New limited companies considered
Commercial underwriting weighs the business, the directors and affordability alongside years of filed accounts. No filed accounts needed to be considered.

Tell us what the job needs
Body type, payload, the term and the annual mileage you want. About a minute, and no documents at this stage.
We price it and put it in writing
Your quote sets out the vehicle, the monthly rental, the initial rental, the term and the mileage. Usually the same working day.
We order it and agree a delivery date
We handle the order and the paperwork, and agree a delivery date with you before anything is signed. Then it is a fixed line in your monthly numbers.

How to read these listings
Prices: Monthly rentals shown are guide prices and exclude VAT unless labelled otherwise. They are indicative “from” figures quoted against a 12-month term at the mileage allowance shown for the vehicle, and they move with the exact variant, the mileage, the initial rental and the outcome of underwriting. Last reviewed 1 September 2026. We confirm your actual monthly rental, and what it includes, in writing before anything is agreed.
Images: Vehicle images are computer-generated illustrations of a representative example, not photographs of the vehicle supplied. Exact trim, colour, body length, roof height and equipment vary by specification.
Availability: Listings show the vehicles we can supply, not stock held on site. Specific variants, trim levels, body conversions and delivery dates depend on factory lead times and availability at the time you order, and some vehicles are build-to-order. Nothing is reserved for your business until we confirm it in writing. If we cannot get the exact vehicle you have asked for, we will tell you and set out the closest alternative we can. Delivery is to business addresses in England and Wales, and we confirm the arrangements, the timing and any delivery cost on your quote.
Courier and delivery
Vans for businesses delivering on the major networks
Multi-drop work wears a van differently to motorway miles, so we price it differently: 25,000 miles a year with service and maintenance included, on a 12-month agreement. If your business delivers for any of these, there is a page for it.
FleetMe is a vehicle leasing company. Naming a delivery network here means our customers deliver for it, nothing more. We are not connected to, endorsed by or a supplier to any of them, we do not speak for them, and their vehicle requirements, rates and contract terms are theirs to set. Check those with the network directly.

The questions businesses ask us
Straight answers on accounts, guarantees, deposits and decisions — read the eligibility guide, or work through the leasing guides.
Straight about how we work
FleetMe is a new company, and we would rather say so than dress it up. What that means in practice: the prices here are guide prices, not quotes; nothing is agreed until you have the figures in writing; and if the numbers do not work, or we cannot get the vehicle you want, we will tell you instead of stringing you along.
How FleetMe works →Questions, answered
Who is the lease agreement with?
With FleetMe. You hire the vehicle from us on business contract hire, so there is one company to deal with from the quote through to delivery and the end of the term.
Can a new limited company lease a van?
Often, yes. New limited companies are genuinely considered. Commercial underwriting looks at the business, its directors and what it can afford, so you do not need years of filed accounts. Every application is assessed on its own facts, and we will tell you if we cannot help.
Can my business reclaim the VAT on a van lease?
If your business is VAT-registered, the VAT on van rentals is normally recoverable in full where the van is used for business. Cars are treated differently and recovery is usually restricted. Your accountant can confirm your own position.
Are the prices on this site quotes?
No. Every monthly figure on the site is a guide price. Your actual rental depends on the exact vehicle and specification, the contract term, the annual mileage and your business’s credit profile. We confirm the real figure in writing before anything is agreed.
Is there a credit check?
Yes. Business contract hire involves a credit assessment of the business, and usually of its directors too. That is a normal part of the process, and we will explain plainly what the decision means either way.
How quickly will I get an answer?
We aim to give a decision in principle the same working day in most cases, once we have the basics about the business and the vehicle you want.
Where does FleetMe operate?
We are based in Warrington, Cheshire and work with businesses across England and Wales.
